Mr. Alwin George is qualified management and finance professional having 25+ years of experience, of which 17+ years is in the healthcare sector. He is vital in bolstering key decision making processes of the group. In addition to his expertise in finance and accounting, Mr. Alwin George has proven abilities in strategic planning and establishing policy frameworks for the activities of the group. Associated with Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals for more than two decades, Mr. Alwin George currently heads the financial planning and corporate affairs portfolio.

An ace professional in healthcare operations, Jacob Oommen possesses rich experience in healthcare finance, administration and quality control. Since his induction he has transformed healthcare administration and led many national and international quality initiatives like JCI. Mr. Biju Radhakrishnan is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 25 years of experience in the finance field. Presently, he is heading the finance division of the Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals. Prior to joining Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals he was the financial consultant to reputed multi super-specialty hospitals in Kerala, India. He has served across India & Oman in various industries like Healthcare, Automobiles, Mining & Metals, Textiles etc. As an established finance leader, his expertise is in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),  Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Banking, Taxation, Project Financing, Costing and Risk Management.
